This is a total game changer. This is the first time buying anything from Circulon and I a m a fan now! I made macaroni and cheese to put it to the test. The pan didn't warp in the oven. The macaroni and cheese cooked evenly and not one bit of cheese stuck to the pan. Easy clean up and I would highly recommend to spend the extra dollars to get a quality pan.
