My wife and I enjoy eating sushi and with the pandemic we wanted to make it at home. We first bought the bamboo mat and it was very tricky to get that to work. With the Yomo Sushi it made life so much easier. We made perfect rolls everytime! We would and have recommended this to friends and family.
So much easier then a bamboo mat!
