The photo is misleading. It's great quality and probably awesome for taller people, but I'm 5'4 and the cushion stops at the wheels, so it ends up too far away from my feet. There aren't multiple settings to lift it, and even if you try to stagger the two velcro cushions, the height of the bottom cushion doesn't suffice to elevate the top one above the wheels.
My office chair is super adjustable and the wheels are low, so that's not the issue.
Gonna need a bench-like foot rest with a gap for the chair wheels.
