  I used this over a 2 week holiday for all my hikes. It is very light weight and holds a lot. The water bottle pockets did not work well, as the bottle fell out. It's just not deep enough to hold the bottle securely. But there is plenty of space in the main section and in the zippered pocket outside. The other problem is that the straps are thin material so they keep getting twisted. But overall a good value for money.
