The compare column in the description says "dimmable" but the box says "not for use with dimmers". Nowhere does it say if it is for fully enclosed or non-enclosed. This is getting to be a problem in that even those who package and brand LED lamps don't have a clue what they are marketing. I have seen grocery store LED bulbs with full specs on the box including operating temperature range and very specific use standards and the big box stores have little information on the package of LED bulbs. These Sylvania bulbs function well but I won't be buying any such lamps on Amazon because of the lack of accuracy in descriptions. I can use them in most fixtures except the fully enclosed or one dimmer fixture I have.
