What happened was that I have decided to get experimental in my cooking and get away from American food.

The first curry batch was done in the house. The wife was not pleased.

Ordered this to have an option, and first use was yesterday.

Yesterday I set it up outside and cooked the curry outside for my friends. The Duxtop in combination with Copper Chef cookware more than got the job done.

Heating up oil is very fast. The temp on the Left Burner allows you to crank it up. Fired up everything nicely.

The right burner at 1000 watts worked just about as well in later test with a fry.

Automation via set time and temp is awesome. Easy interface.

I can safely cook intense foods without stinkin' the joint up.

Note on burners. The equipment cannot exceed 1800 watts total power. LB is 1800 watts. RB is 1000 watts.

If you run both, something has got to give. If you want full power on , LB is all you have. If you run 1200w on LB, you can do 600w on RB - you get the picture.
