These drinks are really effective and surprisingly tasty. The energy feel hits me pretty quickly but doesn't make me feel jittery like other energy drinks. The tea blends well with the juice.
I went with the diet version, but, since you're not getting any sugar, you're also not getting any juice, only 8% compared to the 50% of the non-diet versions. I think the 10 grams of sugar is worth the trade off for the full serving of daily fruits and vegetables so that's what I recommend going with unless you are sugar sensitive.
