The whole kit is lightweight so everything fits in the bag. I got it because I was working out of town for a month and didnt want to loose muscle mass. But so far Ive only needed to use 4 parts for doing curls for my arms. I attached two 50 lb bands to each handle. Then I step in the center of the bands. And alternate pulling my arms up. Im not sure of the exact weight-lift this way. But I just increased reps until my biceps were tired. It has a chemical smell from the new parts. So I aired it out in another room. PS it comes with a small picture guide which could be bigger. But just google if you need more visuals. I setup mine in under a minute lol.
