KEEPS DROPPING, WD SYNC SAYS 'MISSING' BUT CAN LOGIN AND SEE THE DEVICE JUST FINE. REMOVE CONNECTION, RE-ENTER ALL THE SYNCS, WORKS AGAIN FOR A DAY OR TWO. THEN SAYS 'MISSING AGAIN' EVEN THOUGH CLEARLY VISIBLE. ARGH! HOURS WITH INDIA, TERRIBLE SUPPORT. LEVEL 1 AND LEVEL 2 KNOW NOTHING!!! GOT TO THE POINT THEY ARE NOW RECOMMENDING UNINSTALLING THEIR WD SYNC SOFTWARE AND BUYING A THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE INSTEAD.
