If you have an actual domestic pet, I don't know if you will warm up to this book all that much...at least immediately.
Rhinos, as you know, are not top sellers. So obviously, this becomes a book about fantasizing about having a pet rhino. And once you let your mind dream a bit about the possibilities, you're ready for the book.
It's not in the same vein as the Dr. Seuss classic 'And to Think that I Saw it on Mulberry Street', but it shares some imaginative kindred with the basic theme.
