This is our first time buying "fancy" (Aka not preground or portioned in the disposable grinders). I opened the bag and was hit with such an intense smell of spicy goodness I was shocked. Have you ever gone to a truly fancy Italian place where they crack pepper over your freshly made sauce? It smelled like that and taste like it too! I am using a 3rd of the pepper I had previously! Yay Pepper!
