Loved the heat distribution. The handles are almost a hazard to use, to awkward of an angle, long, and concave design doesn't allow me to achieve a good grip. The rim of the pan is not sealed and rounded to aid in pouring ( this also allows nicks in the rim if you tap your spoon along the rim to clean off spoon). The lid design allows condensation to drip everywhere when you lift the lid. The lid handles get VERY, VERY HOT. I find I must use baking soda or Barkeepers Friend EVERY SINGLE TIME I use these pans in order to keep the interiors nice ( and yes, I cook on low to medium heat). I had originally purchased the 8" skillet and loved it, so I purchased several sizes of the pans, expecting to be pleased with them. I was very disappointed. This was a huge investment. I wished I hadn't given away my 30 year old Revere Ware.
