I bought this for my wife because she makes a lot of red velvet cake however when she used it, the same amount as being used with the smaller expensive bottles, the cake batter came out pink. She makes her batter from scratch and the color did not come out as rich and red as it did using the smaller bottles. Im not sure what the problem was.
