The package arrived yesterday with super care by the driver going through the gate and placing it outside of my door. This morning just now I opened the bottle and the lid just flipped off the bottle without my effort. The lid was broken with the protective seal remained inside the lid. The ginger powder spilled out.
I was surprised this heavy bottle was sent in the plastic envelop instead of a box with some support stuff inside. The driver was great. It must have happened along the way. This is the first time it happened to me in my long history of being your customer.
