I purchased this based on a recommendation of a friend, but should have read the review and seen the pictures. I have contacted the sellers to either get a refund or a new product. We will see how it goes. Very disappointed as I only used this 4 times in less than one month. UPDATE: They did refund my purchase amount. Very happy about that.
