    In regards to my heat rash, it feels cool (very nice) then slowly starts to sting then burn then burn slowly fades. It's not worth the discomfort but still useful as a cooling socked foot to shoe powder. Has a weird medicine/perfume smell that wouldn't appeal to a lot of people but I kind of like it. I rate it 2-1/2 stars.
