Ken's 2009 version of this book was one I recommended to every vendor who was just starting to create families for us. It was also required reading for our internal Revit content team. That book explained everything simply, clearly & completely.
This 2011 version is sporadic, incomplete & seems rushed. I even had a novice user read it to see if I was being over critical & they agreed it was bad!
I really hope he rethinks his next version & goes back to what made the 2009 version really good!
