I've been hand rolling sushi for a few years, but my rolls are not real consistent and rice on the outside of a roll trips me up. This sushi tool helps to keep the rice a consistent depth and smooth, then the rolling system helps you get the rolls nice and tight with lots of ingredients stuffed inside! Then, tight consistent rolls are easier to cut into consistent size pieces! My family thinks I'm a pro!
