Read it to change everything you thought you knew about the world; read it to change your life; read it to help yourself, and read it to help others. This book has brought a beautiful simplicity to an innate subject that we all know very well. I have shared it with my friends and family and plan to buy duplicates for that very reason. I stopped using sunscreen many years ago intuitively and everything this book explains about the properties and uses of light has brought confidence to that decision. This is just one more book to take humanity in the right direction and I implore all looking at this review to quite your wallet's ego and jump. You will be caught in an enlightening book filled with the work of a man driven by love, passion and science.
