There's several listings of these 25mm plates with stop pins, I have ones from Bestshoot and Fotasy, and they all appear mostly identical with slight manufacturing fluctuations. There's also a few other 25mm plates with slightly different designs, some shorter, all without stop pins, but this isn't about them.
These are well-made enough, good for compact applications, the main 1/4-20 screw takes a 4mm hex (or flathead screwdriver), and the stop pins are removeable with 2.5mm hex.
The problem is finding a clamp that stays low profile and can take these plates as-is. So far I've only found two (at B07TPS89PR and B07W1CLXY5 if you know how to enter Amazon URLs manually) that I can personally confirm are close to the same width of the plate, hold these plates centered, and clamp along the entire side of the plate. Unfortunately, they've been subjected to Amazon Product Churn and don't seem to be available unless you dig around on more... direct-from-source websites. The fishbone style clamps don't have slots for stop pins, so they'd either have to be removed, or the plate has to be put in offset, with one stop pin in the clamp's screw hole and only part of the side being gripped. I don't like the sound of either of those. I've also gotten one of the very common 38mm clamps which look like they'll work, but the stop pin slots are too wide apart by literally just a couple millimeters. It is possible to put the plate in offset, one stop pin in the clamp's screw hole again, while still clamping the entire edge of the plate, but this is already getting too wide for some of my use cases. There are also some 25-26mm clamps on Amazon that look like they might work, but they're rather more expensive than the designs that I know work, and I'm not sure I want to bother with going through even more try-and-return processes.
