The kit was late arriving (like it hadn't even been shipped yet on the day it was supposed to arrive), but they were very responsive when we contacted them about it. They sent it expedited and it was here a few days later. I imagine COVID is making things challenging at the warehouse.
It's the perfect size for someone wanting to test the waters. I liked that the instructions are easy to follow. They give a brief description of what each ingredient does which was helpful for me as a beginning wine-maker. I do recommend purchasing a hydrometer kit and mini-autosiphon to go with this.

Good base kit-- get a hydrometer and mini-autosiphon as well
