Samsung customer service is the worst!!!! My mother's TV stopped working under warranty 6 mos. after date of purchase. I immediately uploaded an original receipt of purchase and it''s been hours of on hold and empty promises from Samsung since. Mind you, we started this process 2 and 1/2 mos. ago.
