I usually have very good luck with items purchased from AMAZON... This is an exception, while I understand all that's going on with the COVID-19 situation there's no reason why the manufacturer is completely non-responsive when there's a problem. They accept your order and money, they ship the product but are completely non-responsive when there's a problem... I don't recommend purchasing this unit as it does NOT cool as described and the manufacturers website no longer works...
