I've been using Revit MEP for a few months, and finally got a break between projects. I needed to learn how to create my own models, which is something not covered in the MEP documentation. So, based on another review, I decided to give this book a try, and I'm glad I did. I'd gotten pretty frustrated with the "trial and error" method, as it was excruciatingly slow. I put aside my practice project and followed the exercises in the book. As the other reviewer stated, Paul Aubin takes you through a few different projects, adding in a little more detail each time he revisits a topic. It's a much faster approach that builds user confidence as it progresses.
I really appreciate the tips and tricks that are noted throughout the book, too. They help to smooth the transition between instruction and application. The only reason I didn't give this book 5 stars is because it's a little tricky to use the book as a reference, since info on each concept is not all in once place. Still, I recommend it for anyone looking to dive into Revit Architecture.
