So, I bought this blender about 3 months ago. What I love about it: easy to clean up, takes up very little space, and it's a great price! I travel as well so I like that I can take it with me and still eat healthy. However, I was disappointed to find out a couple weeks ago that the blender blade was coming lose and causing black dust/grease to smear everywhere. I looked at the blade and there was no way to screw it back in. I called customer service and they are sending me a new one... so we will see how it goes. Customer service responded quickly and is sending me a new blade, no questions asked. Just not sure how much this will last past the 1 year warranty.

I'll keep you posted on if the blade arrives and how long it lasts :)
