Coffeemaker arrived in good condition, but is a 10 cup maker not a 12 cup as in the advertising. The buttons on the coffeemaker do not work other than the on/off, so good luck setting the clock, any timers, or the brew strength. Upon trying to get information on the coffeemaker I realized AIcook is a knockoff of AIcok, a legitimate company. Websites have the same logo and style, but AIcook is incomplete and does not have supporting materials.
I gave it 2 stars because I like the permanent filter and it does in fact make coffee. Do not waste your money on this.
