This is a fantastic starter kit. I received it and started my first batch of wine on 12/26/14 and will be bottling next week. The kit contains every thing you need to start. (except grapes and bottles)
I also found the staff and winedepot web site to be very helpful.
I was hesitant at first, as it appeared that it may be complicated, but each step in the process takes less then an hour to complete. Next week I will have 30 bottles of Chardonnay that will be ready to drink in the beginning of the summer. ( I am aging 6 months, but you can drink after a month).
I have also began a batch of Cabernet, that I will bottle in March and will be ready to drink next year.
