With this book, the rating speaks for itself. The great ratings were the only reason I chose this book but I'm quite greatfull that I did. While at first, a futuristic, yet medieval spin on The Bachelor might sound odd, it is quite fun.
I fell in love with the character development of protagonist, America Singer, who really runs wild throughout the book. It is interesting to watch her deal with an upper-class traditional girl and how America interacts with the people around her such as her maids.
This book can make you feel sympathetic and excited at the same time. I know I had a hard time putting this book down and I hope you do too!! If you don't read this book, your missing out on one of the best romance books ever!
P.S. Just so you know, this book is purposely left on a little bit of a cliff-hanger which doesn't really get resolved in book 3 of this series.
