About 1 month after buying this camera it stopped working. Anytime you tried to do anything it just said error. I reached out to GoPro for about 8 month before finally getting a response. They asked me to send my camera in, and they would send me a brand new one. A week later my "new" one came in the mail. It was the same camera I had sent back previously, and it still did not work. When I tried to reach out to them about it I received an email that said the case was closed and they could not assist me further on the matter. I'm sure that most of the cameras work well, but if you get one that doesn't, don't expect for anything to be done about it. GoPro has terrible customer service.
