I got this scope and sent it out the same day to get repaired. The scope had a scratch on the lens and really messed with the crosshairs. I sent it back to BSA like the paperwork says. They treated me like alittle kid and I was very insulted. I don't plan on buying another Item from BSA again. I was told now it is a month or so wait to get it fixed/preplaced. Which really isn't that bad. I should have done the opposite of what the instructions say on paperwork with the scope says from BSA and exchanged it from Amazon. I would have it in time for XMAS.
