I was struggling to give 1 start or 2 starts, mainly because it did what it meant to do, making Indian wet and dry masala perfectly. If you ask me a month ago, I will give 4 stars, but it was broken after several weeks. The reset button doesn't work and nothing can get it working again. However, within the time it works, it makes it so easy to cook Indian food. There are other things about this mixer/blender. it came with 2 other blades, but there are no instructions how to put them in, but I never get to use them. So, I shouldn't be complaining about that. The blades come assembled with the pitchers are easy to disassemble, but then those washers come along with them are confusing at best. You don't know which sides to be put on which ends, facing inside or outside. I guess I should have taken some pictures before I totally removed the blades from the pitchers.
