As an AutoCAD user for Thirty Years Revit became the The challenge of my later years. I deal in Metric and That restricts what would be an otherwise flowing narrative. The book begins with the basics of sketching by hand and then moves on to the fundamentals of Revit in an interesting and informative way. Tests at the end of chapters regulates the lessons learned. and is a useful tool for any who wish to seriously dedicate their career in CAD. The criticism I have is not so much with the book as with the program and that is where the book shines. Learning Revit could not have a better ally. I still however would like to see a production of an easy to follow working drawing in the transitional evolution from traditional working drawings to BIM.
