I freeze all of my coffee after opening to keep it fresh all the way to the bottom of the can. The metal canister works just as well or better than plastic because it "sweats" when exposed to room temperature air. This adds just a little moisture to the coffee, so that next time out, it's a bit clumpy (good), instead of bone dry (bad) Smells nice and fresh and not rancid a month later. Illy Bold is a dark roast that is nice and balanced and very smooth. Like driving a well tuned Ferrari. 🤔
