"Humor in Writing" Lecture/Reading On April Fool’s Day, Arnzen will be featured guest in the 2017 Uniontown Library Author Series for the month of April. He will deliver a talk on Humor in Fiction and present a fiction reading from Proverbs for Monsters, as well as moderated discussion on horror, humor and creative writing. Free (but ticketed) event! Refreshments! Held in the community rooms, second floor of the library. Books will be available for sale. The library will also sponsor a raffle for a signed copy with proceeds going to the library. STOKERCON 2017 aboard the Queen Mary in Long Beach, CA. 4/27-30, 2017. Arnzen plans to attend StokerCon 2017 — to be held aboard the infamous Queen Mary (Long Beach, CA), from April 27th-30th, 2017. This event is a conference presented by the Horror Writers Association, featuring notable authors as guests, writing workshops, publishing pitches, networking and more, culminating in the iconic Bram Stoker Awards banquet. Slated guests include George RR Martin, Nancy Holder, Chuck Wendig, Elizabeth Hand, Pete Crowther, and many more luminaries tba. Scheduled Events tba.
