Viewing Your Seller Account

The Seller Account allows you to manage your listings, orders and payments, to track your feedback and performance, and to edit your account settings and preferences.

Finding Your Seller Account Page

When you complete registration and receive confirmation of your first listing, the final page will give you a link to your new Seller Account. Whenever you want to access your Seller Account again, there are three easy way to do it.

  • From the top right of the Amazon.com home page, click the "Your Account" link, and then click on "Your Seller Account" in the box on the right.
  • Go directly to this URL: http://www.amazon.com/seller-account/.
  • Bookmark the page in your browser.

You may occasionally have difficulty viewing the information you need in your Seller Account. These tips can help you resolve the most common problems. Please see our related topic on Browser and Security Settings for more information.

Password Issues

If you think you're entering the right password and have run through the basic issues (capitalization, extra spaces), then you might try simply resetting your password to access your Seller Account. You can reset your password by clicking this link:


Enter your e-mail address in the spaces provided, type in the special characters on the screen, and click "Continue." We will then send you an e-mail containing a personalized link. Use the link, enter your new password twice (to confirm it), and click "Submit your password." Your new password will be effective immediately.

If you want to change your password at any time, you can go directly to the "Change your name, e-mail address, or password" link in the Settings section of the Your Account page.

Computer Settings

If you log into your seller account but can't view or access specific pages, try some basic troubleshooting on your software and computer set-up. First, make sure that you have the most current version of your browser with all updates installed. Next, check to see that you have enabled cookies, the time on your computer clock is accurate, and any firewalls or security software are disabled (at least temporarily). If you still can't load the Seller Account pages you need, delete your temporary internet files (your cache) and refresh the page (Ctrl + R).
