Eligibility

Prime Video is available for:

  • Paid Amazon Prime members
  • Amazon Prime 30-day trial members
  • Members of an Amazon Household with shared Prime benefits

Prime Video is not available for:
  • Customers previously invited to share shipping benefits with a Prime member

Note:

  • Amazon Prime is a membership that includes FREE Two-Day Shipping for eligible purchases, Prime Video, Prime Music, the Kindle Owners' Lending Library, and more.
  • A Prime Video membership is a monthly plan that gives members access to Prime Video. Prime Video members are not eligible for FREE Two-Day Shipping or other benefits available to Amazon Prime members. Finding Prime Titles

You can browse Prime movies and TV shows from the Prime Video page on the website

Tip: To browse Prime titles from your computer or mobile web browser, go to Prime Video.

Prime titles also feature a Prime logo or Watch Now with Amazon Prime option in the video details.

On many devices, if you're using Search Search Icon 
			 to find a specific title, you can also use the Refine or Ways to Watch filters to only show available Prime titles.

Availability of Prime Titles

The selection of movies and TV shows available with Prime Video is always changing--new titles are added to the Prime Video catalog, and occasionally titles are removed.

Tip: If a title in your Watchlist is leaving Prime soon, the date that it's leaving is typically displayed in the video details.

Trouble Watching Prime Video?

If you're having trouble watching Prime titles, here are some common solutions that may help:

Check Your Device Registration – Your device needs to be registered to the same Amazon account you used to set up your Amazon Prime or Prime Video membership. To learn more, go to How to Sign In & Out of Prime Video.

Check Your Membership StatusYou can make sure that your Amazon Prime membership is still active from the Manage Your Prime Membership page in Your Account. A notification displays at the top of the screen if your membership is no longer active.

Check Your Location – Make sure you're accessing Prime Video from an eligible U.S. location. Due to licensing agreements, Prime Video is only available to customers located in the United States and U.S. territories, except for selected Prime Originals titles available to watch while abroad.
