Link a Third-Party Music Service to Alexa

To listen to music services, link your account or enable a skill between the service provider and Alexa.

To link a music service to Alexa, in the Alexa app:

  1. From the menu, select Settings.
  2. Select Music.
  3. Select Link New Service.
  4. Select the music service provider and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you don't see the music service provider you want to link, return to Music in Settings and select the provider from the Manage Services list.

Note:

  • Some music services are not available on Alexa-enabled devices. Check with the product manufacturer for more information.
  • Use of music services may be subject to additional terms applicable to the respective service. You can unlink Alexa from a music service at any time by selecting Unlink account from Alexa in the Alexa app.
  • For some music providers, playback through Alexa is not available on Fire OS devices.
  • To link your Apple Music subscription to Alexa, you must use Apple's two-factor authentication process.
