Negotiated Pricing

Amazon Business customers can purchase items at pre-negotiated prices.

Negotiated Pricing gives Amazon Business customers a convenient way to purchase items at pre-negotiated prices. Business customers will have access to these prices on item detail pages, in search results, and during checkout. Pre-negotiated prices are exclusive to all registered requisitioners of a particular business customer, and cannot be accessed by other customers. Negotiated Pricing is only available to registered businesses on Amazon.

Add Negotiated Prices to Your Business Account

In order to add pre-negotiated pricing from one of your businesses' suppliers to your business account, the Account Administrator needs to have the supplier load the pre-negotiated price sheet. Complete the following steps:
  1. Go to Your Account and select Business Settings.
  2. Find and note the Business ID under Business profile.
  3. Contact the supplier. The supplier will use the Business ID to load their pre-negotiated price sheet specific to your business account.

Note: If the supplier is not a vendor or seller on Amazon, they will need to register for an account on Vendor Central or Seller Central, then use the Business ID to load their pre-negotiated price sheet specific to your account.

Once the supplier loads the pre-negotiated price sheet, you will receive an email notification to review and approve the price sheet. Once you've received that email, complete the following steps:

  1. Select Business Settings.
  2. Select Negotiated Prices.
  3. Select the supplier in the table by clicking on the supplier name, or View all price sheets for the supplier.
  4. Select the Pending/Inactive tab.
  5. Select the agreement in the table by clicking on the agreement name or More details for the agreement.
  6. Select Download to review the price sheet loaded by the supplier.
  7. Select Approve if you agree with the information in the price sheet, or Reject f you disagree with the information in the price sheet. If you select Reject, enter a message in the text field that will be sent to the supplier to update the price sheet.

Note: By purchasing at negotiated prices, you acknowledge that Amazon may share purchase information with the applicable supplier.
