There are two primary ways to fix or improve product information on a detail page:
- From your seller account, edit a detail page by using the "Actions"
link to the left of your merchant SKU on the Manage Inventory page or by
uploading an inventory file that includes the updated product info. (A
listing is required)
You can also use the 'Contact us' form to approach seller support. Go to Contact us > Products and inventory > Product page issue and then write to us regarding your request.
- Note: If your contribution is approved, it will appear on the detail page right away.
Product ImagesThere are two ways to fix or improve a product image on a detail page.
- From your seller account, you can upload a new image by using the
"Actions" link to the left of your merchant SKU on the Manage Inventory
page or by submitting an inventory file that includes the new image URL.
(A listing is required)
- From a detail page, scroll down to Product Details or the Feedback box and click the "give feedback on images" link. (Note: incorrect images can be reported here, but new images cannot be uploaded)
If the corrections you want to suggest are not supported by the Catalog Update Form, please contact us.
