About the Buyer-Seller Messaging Service
The Amazon Buyer-Seller Messaging Service makes communicating with third-party sellers easy and secure.
To access the Amazon Buyer-Seller Messaging Service, go to Buyer-Seller Messages . You can opt out of unsolicited messages from third-party sellers by updating your Promotional E-mail settings in E-mail Preferences & Notifications .
Using the Buyer-Seller Messaging Service, you can:
View past communication with third-party sellers on Amazon.com.
Respond to third-party sellers quickly and easily using the Reply option.
Send files to third-party sellers. File types supported are plain text (.txt), PDF, images (.jpg, .gif and .png), and Word documents in .doc and .docx format. The entire message should not exceed 10 MB (including attachments).
Amazon.com reserves the right to delete or remove any e-mail addresses or links to untrusted websites from the message. Amazon.com reserves the right to determine which websites it considers untrusted.
Amazon.com reserves the right to delete or remove any attachment containing inappropriate content. Amazon.com reserves the right to decide what it considers inappropriate content.
You can use any information the third-party seller provides to contact the third-party seller, but we strongly recommend that you use the Buyer-Seller Messaging Service. This service ensures mail is filtered for spam and possible phishing attempts, and we will maintain a copy of all correspondence.
