Prime free trial and invitee customers: For eligible items, you will pay full price upfront, but we will automatically apply an Amazon.com Gift Card to your Gift Card Balance in the amount equal to the Prime-exclusive discount after you become a paid Prime member.

• In order to qualify for this Amazon.com Gift Card offer, you must 1) purchase a qualifying smartphone, 2) subscribe to a paid Prime membership (including yearly, monthly and student Prime memberships) when your Prime free trial ends or during your Prime invitee period, as applicable, and 3) remain a paid Prime member and keep the qualifying smartphone for 3 months;
• If you cancel your paid Prime membership or return the qualifying smartphone within the first 3 months of your paid Prime membership, we may void your Gift Card or we may, and you authorized us to, charge any of your payment methods in the amount of the Amazon.com Gift Card;
• We will not be liable for any charges, interest, or other fees incurred by you due to the need to charge any of your payment methods for the Amazon.com Gift Card;
• In the event your payment method must be charged but the transaction cannot be completed successfully, we reserve the right to pursue any available remedies;

Does the Gift Card expire?
