About the Key by Amazon Happiness Guarantee

We want you to have peace of mind when you use Key by Amazon to receive deliveries. If any Key by Amazon delivery was not completed to your satisfaction, or your product or property was damaged as a direct result of the delivery, we'll work with you to correct the problem.

To file a Happiness Guarantee claim, please contact us through the Key by Amazon app. After collecting basic contact information and the required documentation of the problem, our support team will work quickly to resolve your case.

Happiness Guarantee Conditions

You can file a claim for a Key by Amazon delivery when all of the following apply:

  • The delivery was not completed to your satisfaction, or your product or property was damaged as a direct result of the Key by Amazon delivery; and
  • The delivery was completed within the last 30 days.

For all claims, we may require photographs, videos, documents or other proof of your claim.
