Have your tried rebooting it by holding the power button or are you resetting it via the Menu?

To reboot:
Make sure it's fully charged. Unplug the Kindle.
Slide the power switch over (or press the power button) for 30 seconds (count them).
PUT IT DOWN AND DON'T TOUCH IT. It may take a few minutes to reboot.
Then turn on wireless and your books and Collections will repopulate.

I used the power button but I don't think it was fully charged. I've reset it plenty of other times no problem. Should I plug it in now and wait to see what happens? Thank you for the help.

As long as you had a charge, it should have worked.

At this point, I suggest contacting Customer Service since you have tired everything we would suggest. You can do that by clicking the orange Contact Us button on the right of this page. I suggest choosing the option where they phone you back, fast and personal:)
