Do I get free shipping as a Prime member?
Prime members receive FREE delivery on Prime Pantry orders of $35 or more. Prime members who place a Prime Pantry order under $35 pay a flat shipping fee of $5.99 per order.
Do I have to be a Prime member to shop Prime Pantry?
In select areas, non-Prime members can now shop our low-priced Prime Pantry selection with a $5.99 shipping fee on each order. If you decide to become a Prime member, you will get free shipping on all Prime Pantry orders of $35 or more.
Will my Prime Pantry order be delivered in two days? I’m a Prime member.
Due to their size and weight, Prime Pantry boxes are shipped using ground shipping. Orders may take 1-4 business days to arrive.
Do non-Prime Pantry items count toward the $35 free delivery threshold for Prime members?
No. Only Prime Pantry items will count toward $35 minimum for free delivery.
Do I need a Prime Pantry membership?
No Prime Pantry membership needed! All Prime members can purchase products from the Prime Pantry store and get FREE delivery on all orders of $35 and over. All Prime Pantry orders under $35 will incur a $5.99 delivery fee.
Does Prime Pantry offer a membership?
At this time, Prime Pantry no longer offers new memberships in order to make shopping in Prime Pantry even easier. If you already have a Prime Pantry membership, you can continue to use it for $4.99/month (to get free delivery on all Prime Pantry orders of $10 or more). To cancel your membership, simply go to Your Account,
select "Prime," select “Manage Prime Pantry add on,” and click “End Prime Pantry add-on.”
Will non-Prime Pantry items in my shopping cart be shipped with my Prime Pantry order?
No. Prime Pantry orders are shipped separately from other Amazon.com orders.
Are there any locations in the US that I cannot ship a Prime Pantry order?
Since Prime Pantry boxes are shipped using ground shipping they can only be delivered to addresses in the contiguous U.S. (not Alaska or Hawaii), excluding P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and Amazon Lockers.
- Prime Pantry is not available to customers who purchase products for the purpose of resale or to ship products to their customers or potential customers.
- The Prime Pantry membership is a Prime supplemental membership, subject to all of the Amazon Prime terms.
