Do I get free shipping as a Prime member?
Prime members receive FREE delivery on Amazon Pantry orders of $35 or more. Prime members who place a Pantry order under $35 pay a flat shipping fee of $5.99 per order.
Do I have to be a Prime member to shop Amazon Pantry?
In select areas, non-Prime members can now shop our low-priced Pantry selection with a $5.99 shipping fee on each order. If you decide to become a Prime member, you will get free shipping on all Amazon Pantry orders of $35 or more.
How many times can I Shop & Save up to 10% on my order? Can all shoppers get this discount?
All Amazon Pantry shoppers and all Amazon Pantry orders are eligible for the discount, no limit on the times it can be used. Eligible orders will have the applicable discount automatically be applied at checkout. Please see more details on the terms and conditions of this promotion here.
Will my Amazon Pantry order be delivered in two days? I’m a Prime member.
Due to their size and weight, Pantry boxes are shipped using ground shipping. Orders may take 1-4 business days to arrive.
Do non-Pantry items count toward the $35 free delivery threshold for Prime members?
No. Only Amazon Pantry items will count toward $35 minimum for free delivery.
Do I need an Amazon Pantry membership?
No Pantry membership needed! Amazon customers can easily purchase products from the Amazon Pantry store and Prime members can get FREE delivery on all orders of $35 or more (orders under $35 will incur a $5.99 delivery fee). Non-Prime shoppers will have a $5.99 shipping fee on all orders.
Does Amazon Pantry offer a membership?
At this time, Amazon Pantry does not offer a membership in order to make shopping in Pantry even easier. If you have a previous Pantry membership, you can continue to use it for $4.99/month (to get free delivery on all Pantry orders of $10 or more). To cancel your membership, simply go to Your Account,
select "Prime," select “Manage Pantry add on,” and click “End Pantry add-on.”
Will non-Amazon Pantry items in my shopping cart be shipped with my Pantry order?
No. Amazon Pantry orders are shipped separately from other Amazon.com orders.
Are there any locations in the US that I cannot ship an Amazon Pantry order?
Since Amazon Pantry boxes are shipped using ground shipping they can only be delivered to addresses in the contiguous U.S. (not Alaska or Hawaii), excluding P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and Amazon Lockers.
