NOT A REVIEW BUT A SERIOUS HELP PROBLEM

This is the name of the book that I ordered, however, I am expecting the book to be sent to my home address, not to to an eBook address on Amazon. I've been wondering what's happening to the books I've ordered and even ordered some twice. When I open my Kindle reading app, my books aren't there! I'm so confused! Why aren't my books sent to my Kindle reading app? And why isn't the book on dentistry not being sent to my home mailing address? PLEASE HELP ME! Everything was great until I had to switch phones. The phone is exactly the same but since the phone number has changed and I had to change my email a address had to be changed, I cannot even get all my ebooks transfered to my new phone/it's new number/and new email address. Now that I can't get my new book, (which was priced at over $80.00), sent to my home address, which is listed correctly in your files, I know something is very wrong. Ebooks are not being sent to my Kindle readind app, and my Dentistry book is not being sent to my home. All the books I've purchased have been charged to my account and all payments have been approved and gone through. I need HELP! Is it a computer error? Is it a human error? Have I done something wrong? Is it my new phone number? Is it my new email address? I have tried in every way indicated to contact customer service and your help line. The questions do not fit my problem. This is my last resort. HELP! Desperately awaiting your technical knowledge and HELP!
