It's a digital copy of a magazine. Not much to say. If you like to buy TIME normally then a digital version is good as it saves paper, space, and you can keep your copy forever.

could not down load Time completely

I paid 5.99 for the Time issue on Capitalism for my Kindle, May 17th.. Some of the content downloaded, except the article on Capitalism! I find little help via Amazon.com sites. please help me please. I want this issue. Please help me
