They're good... they're definitely not a regular muffin lol but they're good. Very dense and filling, just a touch of sweetness. You really only need 2 to feel satisfied for hours. If you've never had almond flour before these might throw you off a bit texture wise. I do like that there's an option to buy something like this though as opposed to having to spend every sunday prepping healthy breakfasts for the week.

I decided to buy one of each of the KNOW products and they are amazing; I can't believe they don't contain any grain (or gluten). My favorite is the muffins and the waffles. The product arrived super fresh and Amazon was on point with their delivery. I'm buying some more for friends who are gluten-free

These muffins are delicious! They're the perfect snack for my kids when they want something sweet but I don't want to give them a bunch of refined sugar. The muffins are a good size too. Not huge but at the same time not too small. I can eat them in two bites. They're so good they're gone before we know it. It's hard to believe how much protein and fiber is in each muffin. We are very happy to have found a sweet treat that is both good for you and great tasting.

it seems to be great food for healthy diet and tasted good enough. It is a little pricy for regular use so won't probably go back. The product was probably not made to be frozen, so the instruction on the package does not cover how to defrost or cook them. I will simply cut muffins and occasionally eat real muffins for my diet.

I tried these muffins at a friends house and had to buy them! They taste great and are nutritious, they contain lots of superfoods and are gluten free. I like them either right from the freezer or toasted a bit. They are great for breakfast or a snack anytime.

I would like a new product. Unfortunately this package was delivered with mold and I could not eat.
