As others have said, this book seems to have been written by a sixth grader who was rushing to complete an assignment. The material is poorly conceived and put together in an incoherent manner. I constantly had to check that I hadn't skipped a page, as each paragraph seems completely unrelated to the ones before and after. There is a message in there somewhere, but it is hardly worth the effort. They say that you can't judge a book by its cover, but on this one you can. Check out the uneven spacing between the three taglines on the cover (Build Confidence, Deal Better with Failure) - that's the level of attention to detail you will find once inside the book. Apparently formatting is not taught until grade seven.

Great book, by a Great write. The book is full of Wisdom and Insights. This is a great book of both young and old to read. One is never to old or young to take responsibility for themselves, and step into person they surely want to be. I highly recommend this book!

It has some good ideas to re-frame fear into something more manageable. I thought it was a pretty easy read and there are good points that are made.

and took lots of notes. I'm tired of being a couch potato and rationalizing so starting now, I promise myself to take baby steps towards my goals, strengthen my faith, improve relationships, better financial decisions and work daily towards better health. I plan to read this book again and others by this author.

One of the worst "books" I've ever red.
Shallow, full of useless stories, on the level of the primary school. This is proof that anybody can write and sell books on Amazon. What a waste of time!!!!

I thought this book was extremely average. When I started reading, I thought it would have tips and tricks and daily practice techniques. But instead, there were high level recommendations of stuff that we know we should be doing, just not how.
