Say hello to the most amazing pancake (and waffle) mix you've ever had. These pancakes taste so good I don't even need to add syrup or butter - of course I definitely add them on the pancakes anyway. You will never want to eat another "gluten free" pancake after you try these.

Doesn't work

The other reviewers must work for the company or the bank that gave them the business loan. Following directions--it's real simple according to the package--just add 3/4 cup liquid to one cup mix--it burns on one side before the top is solid enough to flip over. If you "flip when golden brown" on the bottom, the top is still liquid. Does it need a lid? (Then you won't see it very well to know when it's done.) Less liquid? Tried it 3 times and once at low temperature to avoid burning. Still didn't work.
